Shawnee Mission Postpartum Emotional Support Group – Support and resource group facilitated by a licensed social worker. Open to any new mom no matter where she delivered her baby. Babies are welcome. Discussions center around common struggles new moms face, including depression, anxiety, nutrition, sleep, and exercise.
